CharlesGrey: All the more reason to try and get your money back. Is the GPU all right at least? If the PSU fucked up the rest of your PC, then there ought to be some way to receive compensation for the damage.
I have no Idea of knowing all I know is I put the old PSU which sounded Like a chainsaw It got power I knew that because I stuck my Mobile phone and tablet into the front USB2 ports pushed the power button would not come on No matter how much I pressed it the machine stayed off but the Android and tablet were charging for some strange reason! Nope nothing no whirring fans nothing!

fr33kSh0w2012: I am so Pissed off Right now My Computer Blew up Yesterday after a Damn Game of Dying Light which I got on sale at www.G2A.com for about AUD $31instead of AUD $95 on steam I was playing it and 4 hours after playing it the PC went BuzzzZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZT My New Antec power supply that I didn't even have for a month had all this White Melted Looking crap it took out the Whole computer do you think the parts that were connected to the Mobo would be Okay so all I'd have to do is get a New Mobo Geez.. I hope my Shiny New Getalax Geforce GTX 980 at AUD $670 will be okay I got the Modular Antec EDGE750w Power Supply because the piddly Wintech 550w didn't cut it for the New card Spent all that money to get my PC to play Newer games (Witcher 3 included) and the bastard sh*t itself I'm broke and am using my Keyboard with my Nintendo Wii U to type this now F*ck I'm pissed off as I'll Miss out on game deals and everything Steam updates I won't be able to get my PC up and running for another SIX MONTHS to A YEAR! I am SO angry.

Getting a new PSU and possibly mainboard shouldn't be too hard on your wallet, so try to replace those and then try again. As long as the GPU and processor survived this random meltdown you should be all right. Meanwhile contact the store where you bought that PSU, or contact the manufacturer directly. And if this whole incident was caused by overheating, then see what you can do about keeping the system heat to a more acceptable level.

What the hell are you on about my PC did blow up It isn't easy typing on the Wii U game controller you know it guesses half of the words and I have to go back and Fix the damn words the Getalax should be GALAX it's a GALAX Geforce GTX 980 geez.. I hope you're joking!
