I went to the Retro Games sale and noticed that the game "The First Samural" was mentioned on the banner. However, the game doesn't appear to be listed on GOG's website at all? Is this an error, or a sign of a future release?

Remember that there was a Bethesda's sale with a Doom 2016 image that was a mistake...

If is not the same case i think that will come today with Ziggurat

Yeah, but that was for one of the small front page sale boxes that most people never pay attention to anyway. This is an actual banner made specifically for this sale.
