Redemption is the capital ship to be protected late in the game
souvenirs are what you get as rewards
the next hints were family ( important in this game), station (death star station ), trader (origin of the main character) and Ace (the main character)

Congrats to BenKii for the win! X-Wing Alliance is an awesome game as are all in that series. I've been wanting to play it for years now myself and have it on CD but that no longer works in Windows 7 right off the disk (although it did install in XP). Sometime later this year I'm going to grab all of the various Star Wars titles from here that I am missing and go on an all out midichlorian rush, I've been lusting to do so for years now so I can relate to others feeling strongly about these games also! ;)
