Just noticed this on game pages. You have ratings, verified owner ratings and "filters based rating". What does the last one mean?

It's how the rating changes based on the options (filters) below that you can choose. For example: if you want a rating just for the past month, select that option '30 days' under 'added'. You'll notice how the "filters based rating" changes accordingly.

It's the average rating if you only consider the reviews that meet your currently selected filters. For example, if you only check English language reviews, then the "filters based rating" will only count the reviews written in English. You can also filter the reviews by date.
