I can't seem to get eye of the beholder game, neither from the website of the galaxy BETA.

does anybody know what's wrong.

tried to email support but that doesn't seem to work either.

Please help!

If you go to your account (here on the website not in galaxy), do you see the game there?
If yes click on it and then you can see download links for downloading the game with your browser. You can also use the gog downloader, then you need to click on "More -> gog downloader links".

You can find the downloader here: https://www.gog.com/downloader

In regards to support. It takes them a while to answer especially on weekends (few days). I guess you mean you opened a ticket her on the site right? Because direct emails do not work.

Hey thanks for the swift reply,

I tried the website, the galaxy and the downloader, none of them do the trick.

if I try to make a ticket with support it seems to redirect me to the frontpage of support... I'll try again later. maybe the servers are down?

Go here, select "download issues" as the problem type and explain to support your problem in the message field. Once you submit the ticket, you should receive a confirmation message in your e-mail and support should respond within the week (under normal circumstances).

What exactly is the problem with the downloads? Do you get an error page? Or what happens?

And no, servers are not down.
When downloading with the GOG Galaxy client, the Eye of the Beholder download stops around 95%. Sometimes it's 93%, sometimes 97%, but it never finishes and stops short of 1 or 2 MB.

When downloading through my browser, the download doesn't even start. It stays at 0% and it simply refuses to download and after a while the browser reports that the download failed. It happens in Chrome, it happens with Firefox and it also happens with other computers.

It's not just limited to Eye of the Beholder: Eye of the Beholder II, III and Menzoberranzan have the same issue. On the other hand, I had no problems downloading Icewind Dale.

Really strange. And what happens when you try using the gog downloader? Does it start?
