We’ve received a massive influx of new support tickets from you since December 10th and are currently at a 6 times higher backlog than ever before.

Additionally, on December 10th alone we’ve received as many tickets as we would normally get over an entire regular month. After a few days, we still get as many tickets every day, as we would normally get in 10 days.

Our Support Team is working tirelessly & around the clock to answer every request but delays in replies are to be expected. We’re staffing up with part-time helpers, and are triaging tickets to reply to as many time-sensitive ones as possible, but we’ll be sorting out the backlog at least throughout January. We are also working on making sure we will be able to offer Winter Sale discounts to those that we couldn’t have helped during the promo period. In case of doubt about your ticket, please make sure to at least answer it once.
