amund: I do like that GOG are starting to make some demands: if you want your game on our store you need to keep it up to date.
Leroux: It's kind of worrying though that given this choice, devs seem to think not being on GOG is preferable to the work involved in keeping their games up to date here ... GOG is growing, but I'd say the core audience is still interested in certain types of games and genres and these oddball indie games just don't sell well. Plus GOG gets a reputation for these kind of games not being updated too so many people probably buy them on Steam just in case... so the outlook and sales here for such games is probably not great, and if the dev doesn't have a particular reason to want to sell here or a commitment to DRM free then they won't.
