Spending some time away from these things is what I recommend, there's no point in getting worked up so much about issues outside of your control. I sincerely hope the Chinese and the Taiwanese leadership are smarter than their Russian/Ukrainian counterparts and won't allow themselves to be goaded into a military conflict that will only benefit a hostile foreign power (ie. the US).

World economy is so interconnected nowadays that even if you don't care about the human implications of what is happening in Ukraine, it really isn't benefiting anyone (including Russia, even without the economic sanctions).
