They've been here awhile, most of the new Telltale games have been released episodic.

It's not the first time, with Dreamfall Chapters, Broken Sword 5, a bunch of Telltale games and some other episodic games being released here when they still weren't finished.
They've been selling the season pass for Kentucky Route Zero for 3 or 4 years now and people are still waiting for the final chapter to be released.
The next thing you'll tell me is that GOG is going to introduce their own client!

They don't sell individual episodes separately, but -- as others have said -- they've sold "season passes" of episodic games (whether labeled as such or not) for years now.
