Nope.

Hm, I thought the fact that characters are ridiculously thrown away from an explosion would instantly give away which Warhammer 40k game I'm refering to. :P

I figured that the "Orcs and Chaos Marines" was the clue, and Space Marine has those 2. :p

Yes.

I thought everyone who played that one remembers how explosions threw characters away through half the battlefield (and on the same occasion made them invulnerable until they stood up which not only made explosive weapons inefficient against infantry, it made them reduce the efficiency of regular projectile weapons).
