Dos games no longer work in Mac OS X 10.15 beta (1 or 2). This issue seems to be caused by the fact that 32 bit is no longer supported in OS X 10.15, and the dosbox emulation gog is using is 32 bit. DosBox 0.74-2 brought 64-bit support to their Mac version, so hopefully this is a known issue that GOG will resolve before the official release of Catalina. Has anyone found a workaround? Can someone at GOG make sure this is a known issue?

Just noticed this too, however I noticed it with some non-DOS games like Doorkickers and for some reason I thought my actual DOS games that went through the dosbox wrapper worked but nope so GOG is basically worthless on Catalina.

Is there a solution for gaming on a Macbook Catalina? I wanne play old DOS games or OLD windows games.
Someone a solution?

Themken: The situation is worse for old 32bit games. There may come a solution next year or the decade after that but for now you would have to go for Bootcamp and either install Windows or a version of Linux + Wine that support 32bit programs. Not all do.
Actually CrossOver now supports 32-bit Windows games under Catalina.

I was able to download 64 bit dosbox and get Stonekeep to work perfectly. It took me a little messing around to get it to work but obviously it wouldn't be hard to update it and fix it. I hope they will. They did update all of the lands or lore games and they work now.

Not all DOS games have been updated for Catalina. The games from Pinball Gold Pack still list as incompatible for me. It's a shame, honestly, as even my fellow Amiga owners say that the DOS ports are pretty good.
