I don't work out. Just never interested in it. I was in the Army and always hated PT even though it was good for me. I'm also not a big "foodie" either; I basically eat because I have to. I'd be happy if "food pills" were invented - pop one and go.

I am actually about a month into a new fitness regime. I got a trainer and everything. so far it's going well. although today i've been lazy and bad and eaten a bunch of crap and will not go to the gym b/c the weather is stupid bad.

my diet is normally pretty good, i just don't eat enough. my trainer is forcing me to work on this :( i find eating during the day (at work) to be an annoyance as i have too much shit to do. but now i have an alarm thingy so every so many hours it reminds me to go shove something in my face.

for during the day i would totally use this. however, i do like to cook and stuff, so dinner would be normal. but for while im at work, omg these would be a life saver.

Christmas is for staying at home eating chocolates. :-)
You know, I keep telling myself I should start working out, but somehow I always seem to come up with excuses not to... or I just conveniently "forget" about it. My metabolism is definitely slowing down as I'm getting older, and I've put on a few extra pounds over this past year or so. No I didn't balloon, but it's definitely noticeable. =/ I like food, but it's not like I go pigging out or anything; as if I had the money for that. Pft. I did start to bike around town and walk more, yet all it seems to have done is keeping any further weight gain at bay rather than actually losing any.

I'd only be interested in food pills if they came in microwavable form. ;)

This is very common. I can almost hear me saying "Pff, no way I am working out today. It's already too late and I am too damn tired!". What I usually do in these cases is lay down on the floor and do some quick push ups. At the very least I get some daily exercise and at best, I keep up with some more exercises to build a light training. Sure, it's no substitute for real training, but it helps to build some routine.
eat whatever u want but eating too much then u have to work out to burn off the calories else u get fat, i dont follow any of those stupid diet plan things/whatever
i like gnutella and toblerone with white chocolate! (^_^) my stomach loves these. but i also do abs exercise almost every day. today i made 60 abs (twice, 120 total) for the first time ever

Move around a bit, without weights, to soften up your stiff muscles!
