DieRuhe: I don't work out. Just never interested in it. I was in the Army and always hated PT even though it was good for me. I'm also not a big "foodie" either; I basically eat because I have to. I'd be happy if "food pills" were invented - pop one and go.
I'm a bit late but somehow I missed the thread.

You might be interested in stuff like this. Apparently one ration has 1/3 of the minimal daily nutritional needs for an adult, so you're set to go with 3 "meals" a day. I recently started having it for breakfast and so far it's good.

In USA I think the best choice is Soylent, which was also the first product of this kind.

Quite a bit of activity in this subreddit if somebody is interested in the topic. It's not only about Soylent, but all the *lent products.

Fairfox: Finally stopped gettin' up at, liek, 4:30am to walk for two hours. Too cold 'n' it was takin' its toll on my fragile frame. I've aaalso tried to eat better (...as in moar) lately but it's scary putting weight on.

timppu: Sorry to ask bluntly, but do you have an eating disorder? Two hour walks every morning and "trying to eat better"... Hopefully I am just reading too much into it. Don't be too hard on yourself.

Putting on weight isn't scary at all, I do that every now and then. It is more like sometimes I just forget to eat, like two days ago I ate a small breakfast (a small oatmeal, one apple and coffee)... and the next time I "remembered" to eat was around 8pm.

My BMI currently appears to be 29.38 which is on the upper side of "slightly obese", almost at "remarkably obese"... but I don't feel fat! I tend to think lots of it is muscle, even though I don't even go to gym at the moment. Oh and I have a rather big head too which must weight a ton.
i saw another anorexic girl on youtube with username risaisafox. it seems like anorexic girls have some kind of fantasy about foxes... :(

Less fantasies about foxes, and the belief their spirit IS a fox. I watched some explaining about these groups, some people will claim to have an affinity to a raindrop... or air.

edit: Glanced at the channel. It's all Outfit Of The Day, and looks like depressing goth stuff. She also seems to capture everything on her phone on a stand, so I don't know.

I don't see a reason to investigate further.

I stubbornly insist on my 2 hours daily walk (in quick pace). When i return home, i eat lightly for noon, rest a bit and continue with muscle stretching and using gym accessories (those bending ones for wrists and arms).

I get tired easily though, since i stopped my natural supplements a long time ago and i fall asleep for lots of hours in a row, at night, sawing logs and catching Zs. I already lost most of my extra kilos and very soon, when i am back at prime condition, i am returning at 6th grade material, to review, re-train upon and start progressing ranks again.

The real challenge is to not gobble up all meat and sweets at Christmas. Or keep the diet/dose on the absolute minimum, barely for not starving.

I've been inspired by the recent sumo tournament. The match highlights start at 3:23.

I'm actually at 255 lbs/ 116kg which is 20 pounds less than my highest weight.

Been holding around there for quite a while.

Fairfox:
After six weeks it is hardly noticable here.

If I would weigh 116kg (18 stone 3), I could probably not fit through my home door...
