Unless there's no point in keeping Fresh Supply, you should see if Nightdive will let you include it with Refreshed, like how the original Blood is bundled.

Fresh Supply and Refreshed Supply are essentially the same thing, plus or minus a patch. Titles can't be copyrighted, and it's far from the first duplicated title (and it won't be the last), so you're just going to have to find a way to deal with it.

true but a tittle can be trademarked which is basically a copyright variation , heck even names one can be legally named can be the Disney company proved this when winning a case over a woman with a name Disney had gotten the rights too.

Even stapling on something like, "The Pirate Adventures" would help the other Captain Blood stand out over the home micro classic.
