BadDecissions: Some scattered thoughts on the comics being offered:
Thanks for the detailed information - I guess that's another $15 less for my wallet ... ;-)

Ugh, the formatting in the CBZ files for Dredd (at least for Complete Case Files v5) is bad. They're two-page layouts and never the pages that actually flow into each other!

Are any of the other file options better? Or am I maybe doing something wrong in Chunky?
Two Dynamite "Battlestar Galactica" bundles from Comixology, $9,99/€8,99 each:

The "SyFy Channel Battlestar Galactica" bundle is the same as an earlier Comixology bundle plus the newest 5-issue-series "Gods & Monsters":
https://www.comixology.eu/SyFy-Channel-Battlestar-Galactica/bundle/1726

The "Classic Battlestar Galactica" bundle seems to contain most of the Classic BSG comics (although at least the 2016 miniseries "Folly of the Gods" is missing):
https://www.comixology.eu/Classic-Battlestar-Galactica/bundle/1725

Two good deals for BSG fans that don't have any of the comics, but everything in it and a little bit more ("Folly of the Gods") was part of the "Humble Comics Bundle: Battlestar Galactica" some months ago for just $15 ...
"Blade of the Immortal Megabundle" from Dark Horse for $99,99:
https://digital.darkhorse.com/bundles/8355

Well, ever since I saw Takashi Miikes film last year I was hoping for such a bundle - but I don't think I'm willing to pay a hundred bucks for it - even at the current exchange rate ... *sigh*
Humble Comics Bundle "Fan Favorite Graphic Novels":
https://www.humblebundle.com/books/fan-favorite-graphic-novels

A few have been collected in earlier Humble Bundles already ("League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" + "Nemo"-Spin-Offs, "God Is Disappointed in You", "Wizzywig"), but otherwise it looks interesting.
The Dynamite 2017 Blockbuster Holiday Bundle is about to end. They added a $30 tier that includes the Dynamite #3 bundle from a while ago. What it doesn't explicitely say and I found out in chat is that it's the $45 tier of the Dynamite #3 bundle so it includes the Dynamite #1 and #2 bundles as well. That's a lot of comics that you may want if you missed those like me.

Good find, although I wonder how long this additional $30 tier was there. I never noticed it and if they added it just a few days before the bundle ended (and without even mentioning it anywhere - at least as far as I'm aware of) that seems rather unfortunate ...
Just when I finally decided to buy the "Blade of the Immrtal Megabundle" after all, despite the high price of $100 ... I see it's gone! Well, here's hoping it will come back in a year or two for a lower price, maybe $70 oder $80 ... ;-)

Aaaaaand two new "Conan" Megabundles from Dark Horse: "The Chronicles of Conan Megabundle" for $99,99 and "Savage Sword of Conan Megabundle" for $69,99:
https://digital.darkhorse.com/bundles/8357
https://digital.darkhorse.com/bundles/8356

It seems like there are no repeats from the last "Conan" Megabundle (which I bought for $39,99).

Well, I'm tempted by the $70 bundle: Can somebody tell me if "Savage Sword of Conan" is worth it?

Pretty huge Humble Manga Bundle "Attack on Titan Universe":
https://www.humblebundle.com/books/attack-on-titan-books

I saw and liked the first season of the anime series so I guess I should buy this bundle as well. This promises to become a very expensive year for me regarding comics bundles ...
I just discovered that the "Conan" comics license goes back to Marvel again from 2019 on - I guess that means I shouldn't buy one of the two current Dark Horse Bundles because they probably will have even better deals in autumn. At least I remember there was a big "Humble Star Wars Comics Bundle" shortly before the rights went from Dark Horse to Marvel a few years ago. And besides: With Marvel granting free months for Marvel Unlimited every once in a while, that diminishes my need to buy the comics at all even more ...
Comixology also has big Conan sale on at present - prices are about comparable to the bundle deal right now on Dark Horse direct - so if you use comixology you can easily grab them up there. It's also got other conan series comics in

As for bigger sales later - don't forget sometimes a licence ends and either contract restrictions or negotiations mean that there isn't a pre-return sale or even much news about it

I guess I'll take that risk - especially considering the not so few really good Humble Comics Bundles in the last weeks that took my money ... ;-)
I believe Dark Horse will inevitably have a Conan fire sale before losing the rights to the IP to Marvel at the end of 2018. They had one for Star Wars and, more recently, one for Serenity.

For reference, here's a breakdown of some of the more recent Conan bundles Dark Horse has put together. That massive Cyber Monday bundle was $199.99, I've since discovered.

Annoyingly, Dark Horse can't be bothered to clearly list the end dates of its bundles. Sometimes, the newsletter will correct this, but not always.

Oh, I hadn't noticed they lost the "Serenity" rights as well. Are they going to Marvel, too?
