How long does it usually take gog support to get back to you when a game won't work?
This being the weekend, probably a day or two into next week. Which game and what is the problem?

I'ts been over a week. I just got a new computer and so far none of my games work. BGI BGII and MM7 BGII just flickers and closes, MM7 the screen just goes gray and the wait symbol comes on and BGI gets the error No Valid video Modes Supported so I am guessing my new computer NVIDIA card is the issue but they have not sent me a solution just a ticket number last week,.

Have you made sure you are using the latest drivers? I'll see what else I can dig up...
Also try running BGConfig which should be in the game folder. Try lowering the resolution to something standard.like 1024x768 and see if that helps.

And a last suggestion to try...if you are trying to run them through Galaxy, try running them directly from a desktop shortcut without Galaxy...

Which OS?
According to GOG, BG2 and MM7 currently do not formally support Windows 10.

does your motherboard actually have an intergrated graphics chip on it, other than the nVidia card? if it does, try switching to that if possible. not sure how your pc is configured. and what mrkgnao said.

try posting your specs on the BG forum?

At least BG1, looking up that error, I see some people mention problems running it in anything other than a 4:3 resolution (800/600; 1024/768; etc), so definitely try that.
make sure legacy feature is TURNED ON...... by going into control panel then programs then click on "Turn Windows features on or off" and then make sure legacy components is checked.......
I just tried both BG2 and MM7 on my W10 i7-4770k R9 290. Had a small glitch that seemed to freeze my screen as the resolution changed with BG2, but hitting the Windows key, then re-clicking the game icon and everything seemed normal after that. MM7 seemed to work like a charm (well...except for some of the default character voices being rather annoying). Both seem to work on my machine anyway...
U can try posting the problems u encounter while playing the games/s along with the specs of ur comp along with more specific details in the subforums 1st but do look thru the subforum b4 posting as some problems may hv already been resolved by other members.

As 4 how long they take 2 reply u, usually it takes a couple of days 4 response but can be longer if they hv more support tickets to address. However, take note that fixing a game that is glitched (assuming it can be fixed) will take MUCH longer so do hv patience.
