Four matches made in heaven.

Goodies, bonuses, and that feeling when you buy a game and it comes with so many extras – at GOG.com, we've always done our best to make sure your every purchase is full of value.
Now for a limited time, you can get even more value out of your pre-order, ease the wait, and get in the right mindset when grabbing free games with select pre-orders, only on GOG.com:

Absolver + Furi
Precision, strategy, and timing are key in the incredible duels you'll face throughout Furi and Absolver – blending stylish and nuanced combat with great visuals, story, and epic adventure. Pre-order Absolver now at 10% off to receive Furi and in-game items: The Labyrinth Prospect Mask and Uring Priest Gear Set.

Hello Neighbor + Jazzpunk
A splash of humor, a dash of tension – Hello Neighbor and Jazzpunk both offer a unique sort of adventure full of secrets, exploration, infiltration, and plenty that's simply strange… Additionally, by pre-ordering Hello Neighbor, you’ll get access to 3 Alpha builds allowing you to experience the diversity of gameplay in the newest game by tinyBuild.

Ken Follet's The Pillars of the Earth + The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav
The video-game adaptation of world-bestseller "The Pillars of the Earth" is available for pre-orders now exclusively on GOG.com. Together with The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav, there are countless hours of fantastic writing and adventure ahead.

Sudden Strike 4 + Sudden Strike 1, Sudden Strike 2, Sudden Strike 3
Sudden Strike is coming back! Relive history with the original trilogy, reworked by GOG-engineers for smoother gameplay on modern machines, as we await the fourth installment of the highly-realistic RTS – we'll need the practice anyway. Pre-order now at 15% off.

Each title was handpicked by both the developers and the GOG.com team to make sure they go great together – so whether you're into strategy, adventure, or action, we are confident you'll enjoy what your pre-order has to offer!
All free games will become available the moment you complete your pre-order purchase, so you can jump in and play right away!

All offers are valid throughout each title's pre-order period, while the Absolver and Hello Neighbor offers will be active for 2 weeks following release (till September 12th).
I have to just love the fact that your glorifying pre-orders that may be getting overlooked by people, but you don't even mention the classic $5.99 titles that you only put in the "new" tab. Priorities, I guess.

I'll just be grateful to score the classic Sudden Strike series soon.

So is the Battle for Stalingrad map preorder exclusive or not? If it is then your preorder strategy still has flaws.

Zoidberg: I'm at a loss.

What about stealing done right?

Rape done right?

Mass killing done right?
Move to another country. Problem solved.
Will Absolver have crossplay between the GOG and Steam version?

"Crazy pre-order offers" is correct, you would have to be bonkers to pre-order a digital downloadable copy of a game that you have no idea whether it will be any good and most likely to be riddled with bugs at launch. Pre-order culture is inherently anti-consumer and there is no way to put a positive spin on it as far as the end users are concerned.

Though I have to give some credit to the devs/publishers on this part:

"Absolver and Hello Neighbor offers will be active for 2 weeks following release (till September 12th)"

Now this I can get behind and it would be a good offer once the games are released and reviews are in.

It's funny because it's true.

am1vf: That might be a preorder model I could get behind!
That *is* the Steam model, for 2 weeks after release, but that's a model GOG can't follow unless they change their refund policy after downloads which they're not likely to do. It would probably seriously curb their attempts at getting big games here. (Edit: Wait, isn't it the same here as long as you don't download your game at least? Edit2: wow it's not... that ... sucks? Why not?)

This would indeed be rather neat if all preorder offers had to last for a week or two beyond release.

I like that, let some reviews come out and patches be applied, then i might be game to pay full price to get some bonuses. Otherwise, I'll just wait for a sale later on. Got plenty of games i haven't gotten to yet.

An artbook and soundtrack as well. https://items.gog.com/ss4/SuS4_Collage_preorder-v3.jpg

Only the map says say exclusive so maybe they'd be an upgrade but who knows? If any part of it is exclusive then it's pre-order done wrong.

I am looking at pre-orders from a different perspective.

I am not against pre-orders at all. Basically we are doing the same thing with kickstarter. Also, when I am buying a game, I "sometimes" dont watch any let's play or read reviews. If everyone would wait for let's plays or reviews, there wouldn't be any let's plays or reviews. So, I don't see any difference between buying a game because of how the Screenshots and videos made you feel and also how you feel about the developer and pre-ordering a game.

BUT.....

The "pre-order only content" annoys me to the bones. Why am I missing content because I did not pre-order? I am totally ok with discounts, free DLCs (which you can buy if you don't preorder) and giving away free games. So, If a game says pre-order only content in the description, I automatically eliminate that game from my shopping list.
If hellblade preorder meant
1) free full throttle OR
2) free deponia 4,

Then maybe id be happy to get suckered in until the expansion pass/ dlc is released

If both are given free, then gog is absolutely amazing and i would probably faint from the madness.

currently hellblade just looks like a psycotic tomb raider and the only thing i'm excited about is the capabilities of unreal engine 4
was getting absolver mostly for furi bundled on top (since that really sounded like a good deal and I wanted to gift furi to a friend) turns out you don't get a key for furi if you already own it, you get nothing.
so don't try that deal, if you already own furi :(

You need to contact support, it is apparently not an automatic thing:
Exclusive GOG offer: Pre-order Absolver and get a FREE copy of Furi added to your account.
If you already own Furi, contact our support team to get a copy which you can gift to a friend
