Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord remake is available on GOG now, so the entry in the list should be marked as "original".
Rollercoaster Tycoon Classic was released sometime during last year, so it can be removed from the list.

And is that entry going to be removed from this list if & when that extremely crappy Steam port of that game is released on GOG?

If so, then this list doesn't have much value, since that port is total garbage and with defective lighting, and a vastly inferior, totally botched version of the game, versus the legitimate, non-defective real version that is available on other platforms.

So, were it to happen, to count that very crappy Steam port being released on GOG, as a "complete" version of the game, or a valid version of the game, or a legitimate version of the game, would not be accurate.

Even if that crappy port was released on GOG, then the series would still be incomplete on GOG anyways, because a crappy port is not equivalent to the real, non-defective, legitimate version of the game having been released on GOG --- and the latter thing, that is what would be required for the series truly to become "complete" on GOG.

Bad PC port is still a PC port.

Is the "real, non-defective, legitimate version of the game" on PC as well? If not, the PC port is what counts for this list at the moment.

Slayers X: Terminal Aftermath: Vengance of the Slayer (misspelling is intentional), which was released months ago on Steam, takes place in the same universe as Hypnospace Outlaw.
Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered is available on GOG now.
