Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion is a real-time 4X strategy, sci-fi game where you command a space-faring empire and take the battle for galactic supremacy to its ultimate. But you probably already know that and proved yourself as the greatest leader in space!

Now we want you to complete your Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion Collection!

We've prepared a special 50% discounts on the game's Ultimate Edition and its DLCs including Minor Factions which enables the spawning of 15 minor factions (such as Nilari Cultists, Viturak Transport Cabal and Grost Scrappers Union) and Outlaw Sectors with unique gameplay options and variety of new maps.

This promotion lasts until October 27th, 1 PM UTC. After that, Ultimate Edition and DLCs won't be available for individual purchase.
Finally !!!!
Thanks for the release of the Minor factions DLC !!! :D

Edit : I don't understand several things :
- that means that the game & DLCs won't be sold anymore ? Or that there'll simply only be one big package available ?
- Shouldn't we be warned that we already the soundtrack when we own "Sins of a Solar Empire®: Rebellion Ultimate Edition" ? (It doesn't says so when I put it in shopping cart)

You might want to clarify if this means you are repackaging the game and content for a rerelease, or if this is a complete delisting guys. Jeez.
Minor Factions!!!!! Yeaaaaaaaaaaah!

Almost lost hope it would show up here :P

Maybe all the emails I sent to IronClad Games didn't end up in spam after all.

GOG phrases it very vaguely, of course... But I think it's the latter, if we were to compare to the "steamy" offerings, where the Ultimate Edition actually contains all the DLC, including Outlaw Sectors & Minor Factions and Trinity as well :P.

You gotta read between the lines with GOG... and they did say "individual purchase".

So - in other words - we have time till 27 to buy missing DLC, or repurchase whole package afterwards to get the missing content.

Edit: Just checked the Steam page and I have not found information about removal of DLCsfrom there. Still I think we cannot complain. Thank you for the getting the DLC GoG.

I don't get it, the link for the collection leads to the ultimate edition. So ist the ultimate edition now the collection?
It would be great if you could of added cloud saves too.
Hmm ok so from my understanding the "Ultimate Edition" on GOG is incomplete. You need to purchase the "Ultimate Edition" + Minor Factions + Outlaw Sectors DLCs to get the "true" Ultimate Edition (on parity with Steam)?

I'm assuming this is mostly targeted at customers already own the vanilla "ultimate edition" on GOG and don't want to rebuy the whole set. I wish the publisher could have just thrown in the 2 missing DLC as a gesture of goodwill but oh well.

What about people who don't purchase the DLCs before the 27th? Will they be forced to rebuy the "ultimate edition" again to get all the content?

Speaking of - you know what other Stardock-published game has been and still is missing several expansions and content updates (The Europa Wager, Market Corrections, Interdimensional) and would be great to finally have the complete set of here on GoG too?

The developer, Mohawk Games has since released its 2nd title (so far, content-complete) on GoG as well (with another publisher, though) - so what's the hold-up here?

Just in case you didn't notice it: the ultimate Ultimate Edition is here.
Trinity and the 2 Rebellion DLCs cannot be purchased separately no more.

And those of us who bought the old one, miss out on the Stellar Phenomena DLC?
I'll never again buy a Stardock game, what a clusterf...

Nay, it's all here now, worry not! Forbidden Worlds and Stellar Phenomena were included in the base game of old from the start - only Outlaw Sectors and Minor Factions were ever released as DLCs on GOG.

So the only clusterf*ck was how they chose to package it and the fact that Minor Factions took ages to get here.
Furthermore, the ultimate package contains now "Trinity" package, so the Original Sins with Entrenchment and Diplomacy DLCs (to be honest I do not see much reason to play it if you own “Rebellion” with all the DLCs).
I guess the price of the “enhanced" Ultimate edition also went up because of that, from $49.99 to $69.99.
F***! I missed the Minor Factions DLC. I just put it on my wishlist and didn't notice the limited availability. What a mess!
