I'm not sure, if I like the part, where I try to tattoo people. If that is just an optional minigame-like thing, it might be something for me. Will keep my eye on this for now.

We're starting to throw around the word "tycoon" a bit too liberally now, aren't we? Unless the point of the game is to corner the market on tattoo parlors by building or acquiring lots of shops across a wide area (which doesn't seem to be the case), this is an ill-fitting title.

No, today it is an established game genre, a subgenre of economic simulation. A tycoon game basically means you start from scratch and the aim is to build up a successful business. As a genre, tycoon games are defined by economic simulation, business management, goal-orientation and micromanagement.

A bit on the nose, ain't it? Either way, wonder how long this one will last before it gets yanked for poor sales.
(not commenting on it's quality, but on how long such sims usually stick around the store)
