pkk234: That's a badass title.

HunchBluntley: My first thought was actually, "Wow, that's a weird, mundane title." (Mundane for a video game, anyway.) "Bone totem" sounds like an obscure item you'd find in an RPG. Like, this game could've been subtitled "Enchanted Rapier" and I would've reacted the same: "Huh. Weird. [shrug]"
But maybe I've just played too many loot-oriented fantasy games. :P
Perhaps it's because you didn't realise that the title is actually an anagram of "Intestate Bosoms"?

...Perhaps.

greyhat: I backed/ preordered this at The Brotherhoods self hosted crowd funding campaign page.
Will you/can you get a GOG key?

They told me I could if they made the arrangements for a GOG release. They were also looking into other DRM free stores if they could not get approval from GOG. So they set up a page at Itch.io.

Not having the game at GOG seemed unlikely since their other games are here.

If you go to their page and select the pre order/ backer level you want you get to select a Steam key or a DRM free key so it was always planed to have one available some where. They were just working out the details of where that would be.

They pretty much confirmed the GOG key when they announced that they were 'approved'

I took the chance but expected GOG to be problem free here...
Good boys the BROTHERHOOD!
Isn't "bone totem" slang for "penis?"
Hopefully one day Brotherhood make an RPG with those lovely prerendered environments they are so great at making, after a while adventure games get a bit boring.
Wonderful :) I‘m all in! Stasis was amazing.
Happy Holidays

While not quite an RPG like Fallout 1 and 2, Beautiful Desolation was definitely a step in that direction. It had choice based dialogue that lead to different outcomes and map exploration of different towns and areas that you needed to visit. Sure, it was primarily a puzzle game, lacked character creation/ stats, and combat.

I still think I would say it leans towards a hybrid RPG/ puzzle game at least as far as choices leading towards different outcomes and endings.

Nice, haven't played Beautiful Desolation yet, but that's good to hear. They do seem to be working themselves closer to doing a fully-fledged RPG.
Loved Stasis, backed it and thankful that GOG is helping distribute it.
If you have played this already, can you adjust the size of the font this time?
Does it have in-game achievements?
