Prepare yourself to escape the depths of an otherworldly labyrinth in a cinematic puzzle platformer. INMOST is coming soon DRM-free on GOG.COM. Explore a hauntingly beautiful world, with three playable characters - a young girl, a stoic knight, and a man searching for answers - in one dark, interconnected story.
Looks really impressive, but from what I've found – it's not more than 3-4 hours of gameplay in here. Is it true?

Hi!
According to the description of your website (development team), it seems that its duration is 3 to 5 hours. However, that should not be considered as a negative element. There are very good and re-playable short adventures games. We will have to give it a chance and try it out.

UCrest: ...
Sure! It's enough to look at the pixel-art and animations. 3 hours of such gameplay is worth more than a few dozens of hours in some procedurally generated roguelike. However it should be reflected in pricing, I suppose...
Step 1: Wishlist it here. (Checked)
Step 2: Retire from steam wishlist and mark as "playing on other Platform". (Checked)
Step 3: Wait a good discount playing other games. (In process)
Step 4: Enjoy it. (Of course I going to do it).

Thank to devs for releasing it on GOG. Bye.
Being short is for me a pro, if it means the game is not grindy and it strives for originality rather than copying anything from other games just to water the soup down.

That's about right... I played it on Apple Arcade a few months ago... it's a really good game, but short
Some of it does look really nice, but is it some new trend in pixel "retro" games to have the characters undiscernable from the background? I'm sorry, but I just can't imagine playing a game like this. I don't want following my character on the screen to be part of the game's challenge.
Looks very nice, wishlisted it! :)
2 in a row, First was Supreme Commander and its DLC, now Inmost, WOW!!!
Sometimes Dreams come true!!!, only sad - not all at one time (of course all dreams - only good; nothing like kills or something so...)

Hello,

I have to admit, that the overall atmosphere is impressive.
But I also do not like that the color palette of the character sprites is too similar to the one of the backgrounds.
And another thing, I am not so fond of is when the developer strives on one hand for a "retro"-pixel-look, but on the other hand applies various filters or "post-processing" effects on the backgrounds or "pixelart"...

By the way, am I the only one who is reminded of the old "Heart of Darkness" game by this game's creature design and animation?

Kind regards,
foxgog
Pixel art that actually looks really good? What madness is this :-P ?
Looks intriguing, but I'll second what others have said about characters blending too much with the background.

Looks cool. Need to try the demo on Steam but will buy it on GOG.
This gives me a dark Momodora vibe, very interesting.
