Who buys this crap?

Reminds me of Charlie the Unicorn for some reason...

I'd say the image used to illustrate the gamecard looks far worse than the actual game, which kind of reminds me of those games by Amanita.
This game has Samorost vibe.

Sure am glad I have the opportunity to buy this 2000's Newgrounds caliber content instead of AAA-caliber games like Mushihimesama, Deathsmiles or Dariusburst... So glad you turned those down.

Assholes.

Uhm... do you mean this? That's supposed to be an AAA-caliber game? Given that choice, I'd go with this meow meow thing too :P

You must not play Cave games to even make such a joke, they are the cream-of-the-crop quality wise when it comes to shmups.

Indeed I don't. And I wasn't joking. And I'm pretty sure that, however great it might be, this isn't a "AAA-caliber game". Like, it's not even close. There's plenty of games out there I think are fantastic, and in fact much better than the majority of AAA games, and I still wouldn't call them "AAA-caliber".
Graphically it looks very nice to me, not so sure about the games name though.

I guess I'm still habitually using that term, maybe erroneously, to describe highest-quality, highest-effort games from their era from a veteran developer, and when MushihimeSama came out in 2012, it was an absolute master-class product. To this day it (and most of Cave's games) still outshine any bloated, modern budgeted, flashy shooters on the market.

And GOG said 'nah'.

That does look a lot like an Amanita-like game. Hm.
Looks like a game made for me! Wishlisted.

In all seriousness.

I would be interested to see how many people defending this trash game actually buy it.

Next time GOG curators reject a decent game you really wanted to buy DRM-Free, come back to this thread and realize that you are the ones who made it happen, by encouraging and cheering-on GOG to fill this place with rushed, mobile-phone quality trash.

Hope you are all looking forward to Bonkies 2
I hope this game has a lot of puzzles. The trailer looks more like a walkthrough.
