Cathedral is coming soon to GOG.COM.

Make your way through more than 600 rooms, and unravel the secrets of your past by finding the five elemental orbs. The orbs, placed in ancient times by the demi-god known only as Ardur, is protected by five fearsome guardians. Make your way through their dungeons, meet them head-on in combat, and see if you can best them!

Looks more metroidvania-ish than Shovel Knight (which has separate stages separated by a SMB3-style map screen).

The stores usually pump up then min REQs to be on the safe side legally/etc.

GOG timed exclusive?

Looks pretty nice, kinda somewhere between NES and SNES in graphics. Hopefully the design is as good as Shovel Knight was.
