Hey all,

We'd like to inform you that Combat Mission: Beyond Overlord will be delisted from our catalog on February 6th, 2019 at 2PM UTC, due to publisher request.

For everyone who purchased it prior to delisting, the game will remain in their GOG library.
Thanks for the warning.
This series barely lasted 2 or 3 months.
Strange, I wonder why Strategy First would want to delist that specifically. Thanks for the preemptive warning though.

Well this is a weird removal.Let’s hope it is not a legal problem like with that Achtung Panzer game that had issues because of the name of the game.Sad to see a game go away from GOG :/.Thank you nice folks at GOG for alerting us.I will grab a couple of copies for some giveaways or trades later.Cheers

Could be a single piece of music, stuff like that :-/
I wonder why its been delisted suddenly as this game has been here for years (I think this one of the earlier gog releases from somewhere around 2009/2010?)
Oh well.
Thank you for the warning.
bump
And here I was hoping that Battlefront would finally get their heads out of their fourth point of contact and get their newer CM games here on GOG.

They won't even deal with Steam, and now they're pulling away from GOG. Apparently they're content to deliver their 'pay-per-everything' proprietary DRM/license plan. It's so foolish and arbitrary it leaves me scratching my noggin'.

And that's why, despite the games being exactly what I enjoy, the only title of theirs in my possession is CM:BO (both original boxed release and GOG digital copy).

But, whatever "works" for them, I guess.
Here goes clash between users wishes and brutal reality - I remember reading comments that some GOG users really would like to buy here also other games from the series, and now there will be not even this single game.

Really don't like such situations (aside from which game/series it's about).
Would be nice to add in contracts in case of game removal to have "farewell" discount. :p

Perhaps Strategy First should release properly good and viable games that they've published over the years... Submarine Titans comes to mind, hint hint nudge nudge wink wink.
