So, somebody had an idea to make HoMM clone that looks worse than the original King’s Bounty from 1990?
Hmm, people do get funny ideas.
The problem with the pixel art fashion is that if the graphics do not have a powerful art direction, or something new to offer, they look so generic and boring that kill the novelty or the "art" in the pixel aesthetic.

I have the feeling that the game is not only a HOMM clone but their graphics are cloned as well from dozens of other indie games.

I also don't see the logic in making a HOMM 3 clone that has much worse graphics than HOMM 3.

Not sure why anyone would ever want to buy that.
As the saying goes, one man's trash is another man's treasure.
I like what I'm seeing and am going to pick it up.
Why is Hero's Hour coming to GOG but not Conquest of Elysium 5???
Nice. Hero's Hour especially looks like it could be pretty good.

So, it's HoMM but with crappy, low-res generic graphics AND real time battles? Here, take this.

Wow, lots of instant hate for Hero's Hour just based on the art style in here...

Anyone who wants to actually check if the gameplay might be for them can find a free demo on Itch:

Hero's Hour doesn't look bad, but I don't like very much when the art style mixes pixels with different sizes.

Hero's Hour looks extremely interesting, it's weird yet appealing.

I only know of the demo being on Itch, but I wouldn't be surprised to find it available elsewhere. But it's probably really hard to find... like, you'd need some kind of "engine" that allows you to search for things on the internet... Until someone invents something like that, we're doomed to live in a world of uncertainty...
