ciemnogrodzianin: Oh, thank you for the details! Do you know perhaps – is it possible to return a single game or it's always for an order as a whole?

I think that would be better approach than researching some outdated winehq reports and being frustrated when a game finally does not work. It may also give some valuable feedback for both GOG and Linux communities, if someone checks more games and comes with results based on fresh Wine versions.
You can return a single game from a larger order. I have also used this just to check if a game would run on my Intel HD 620, which is often formally below the min-requirements, but then does run a lot of games still. The easiest way to do so is to click on your wallet > orders > the "contact support" button on the particular order and then click on return/refund and just write what game you want to return.

Be aware, they communicate through email, not through GOG messages, so check your email sometime, since they will ask for your payment method of choice via email.

Very nice bundles. Good opportunity to fill in some of the gaps I have. Namely The Surge (already have it on Steam but only the base game without DLCs) and Greedfall.

Thanks Focus and GOG.

wolfsite: Ah okay, did a quick search about Silverfall and there isn't a lot of info, have found that there are issues with the game and it requires and older version of physX.

ciemnogrodzianin: Yup. Not sure how to solve it, but sometimes it's just a matter of using a current versions of Wine to get rid of a lot of issues reported years ago (amazing how old are some reports – people don't play good old games anymore or what??:). WineHQ should definitely change the way they handle collecting reports. Today ProtonDB tells me much more about chances a game runs on Linux...
Took a chance and installed the game on my Linux system (Manjaro). The GOG download does come with the Legacy PhysX installer. The game did error out on me when trying to start but I switched the game to use WineD3D/OpenGL and it ran without issue, framerate occasionally dipped but it's playable.
A the problem with Focus is that I have nearly oll their games on Steam and they work very well there,
so I don't see a point of buying them again, not with all the new stuff (Amalur, Control, Amnesia...) coming out.

Silverfall on the other hand, yes I've been waiting for a non-Steam release for so long, since DotEMu-Store went down.

I was in the same boat. Had a number of their games already (physical releases that required Steam registration) but I re-bought most of them here anyway. I like the games and their sale prices are low enough to justify that (at least for me) to view it as a de-Steamify fee.
I've heard Battlefleet Gothic: Armada doesn't work with Windows 7 but the sequel does. Is that true? If anything, I'd think it'd be the other way around.
I just can't believe that I got some nice benefit for additional discount for bought The Surge 2 Premium Edition as today because I've already own The Surge Augmented Edition which I've already bought last year sale.

Thanks Focus Home Interactive for giving benefit those who already own The Surge Augmented Edition :D

The Surge 2 - Premium Edition

So does it contain the URBN Gear Pack or not?

Premium Edition description says it includes everything in the Season Pass, but it is unclear if URBN is part of the season pass or included with the Premium Edition.

No, it doesn't. First-hand experience.

Ok thanks, so I will buy it separately then.

True story--I've been meaning to submit a support ticket but haven't got around to it yet. BFG 1 will fail to launch because it's looking for a Win10-only DLL, something to do with supporting Xbox controllers. Research suggests that this is caused by an Unreal Engine update and one or two other indie developers were impacted too. The sequel is probably using a different version of the engine, or maybe they just didn't rebuild it with Epic's "helpful" patch.

BFG2 is great fun when it works, but seems to have a few stability issues that could be Win7 related. Kind of a cross between Nexus TJI and tall-ship battles, wrapped up with a whole lot of that Warhammer 40K stuff. Also, the skirmish mode is not working, but that could also be because I'm running offline installer.
Greedfall definitely looks interesting.

Totally!
I also rebought a lot of games games on GOG again but only stuff I _really like_ and get rid of Denuvo, like all the new Deus Ex, Dishonored, Prey, Evil Within, Wolfenstein, Bioshock etc. games _again_, as soon as they arrived here.
Def. I _will_ get most games I like again on GOG for sure. But most are not that high on my priority list.

:)

PS: but then 3 days to go...
