That has been happening to a few users recently, regardless of the system they are using. Try logging out, then clearing your cookies and logging back in. Normally that solved the problem.

When you go to the checkout, what country do you see there in the small print? Because normally the problem is because of some wonky tracking of the country and clearing the cookies often helped.
For myself it also did not help, I just waited and tried again some hours later and it worked.

I've had that exact same problem (see especially the 1st post of the thread for description of the problem) a while ago, and logging out, clearing all cookies, closing the browser for good measure and logging in again will probably do the job.
And since you mentioned "patch" before, make sure you aren't using Galaxy as it may store cookies more permanently than a browser.
After solving the problem, you could also set the browser to delete cookies after closing and closing and re-opening the browser before making any purchases, just to make sure that all faulty cookies are gone and won't affect the checkout process.
I did as Treasure said and it worked for the browser but when i go on gog galaxy, currency is still being shown as euro so the must be a bug with the client.
