I emailed support to change my username about 4 days ago without a single reply back, is it normal for support to take this long? If any of the GoG staff see this the ticket number was N7YLL3I4

Be patient, it may take a while! About the speed of the support you'll read mixed comments; from my experience, i can say i haven't had any problems when i needed them (one or two times IIRC) - they replied fast enough.

I reckon with all this "New Account" stuff plus "Galaxy", the support can't handle all the requests fast enough.. ;-)

Of course they may be yet another reason to change it. XD
I had a very helpful person contact me via chat on GoG to fix this, thanks again :)

Sorry to bump an old post but I figured twas better than creating a new topic again.

How long do you usually have to wait before changing the username since it's been around a couple of weeks since i created the username change ticket.

Tbh I'd rather not bother the staff if they're overworked but thanks for the suggestion. I'll keep an eye on my email and if there's no response for a few more days I'll pm the fella.
