Then I suppose you haven't played MDickie's The You Testament! You should rectify that, you can download it for free (legally) via his official website.

I have not, though I have heard of it before. It does sound quite a bit better than the other fair. And actually The War in Heaven is a serviceable Doom-like. It's no Heretic or Strife, but probably as much fun as Rise of the Triad.
