when i install shadows of the empire it fails to install after its done "moving". can anyone help me out please.

it would help if you told us more
what kind of pc you have
specs
what version of windows
if you are using galaxy or not

cant do much with that little amount of info

It should be straight forward, goto Web Broswer your account, the game page. Click on the one file. When its downloaded, double click on that file, choose you install path in the options, Icon appears on desktop when installed. Never heard of "moving"?

The 'moving' bit makes me suspect Galaxy.

Oh I agree, I'm tired of all these "NO WORK!" topics in general discussion.

See if DirectX installation isn't appearing on Windows Task Manager. If it is, close it and it should work.

I say this because I get Galaxy Installations stuck on moving because of it ALL THE TIME.

and they expect you to SOMEHOW work out what the problem is with out giving any sort of details other then: this game dont work !!11

OP, if it doesn't install from Galaxy, try logging in to your account, and download and install it from there :P

I tell ya, my computer is so fed up with me, it started exporting files by itself.

That may sound daft, but I remember some years back (don't know if its true), but a helpdesk recording, went something like (1=caller, 2=help desk):
1) Computer doesn't work
2) Is the screen on
1) No, its dark
2) Look behind the machine, is the plug in and turned on
1) I can't really tell, the light is off
2) Why is the light off
1) Power cut in the area
2) Right, what you need to do is to put the computer back in the box, take it back to the shop and tell them your too fecking stupid to own one.

(Something like that anyways).
