The only difference being, how long it takes to get to that conclusion...

Lol!. Add in: a couple of email accounts, Facebook and a bit of a difference in language, and we're in for fun (if lengthy) times...
I Will ask again: Can multiple accounts use the same email?

I'm going to assume so and recommend you try logging in to the other account with the same email and password as this one.

KagoAkira: Yes, this is my account because my nick name is very uniq. I dont know, that i signed in fb or anything.
But cannot be ruled out.

My facebook account used equal email for this GOG. That's why I don't understand.

I already feel that the solution is close :)
Just some suggestions for you here :)

Either you try to reset the password with all the other email-adresses you have and see if you get an reset-email on one of them <- The one, that receive the reset mail will most likely be the one linked to your cyberpunk account.

However, I'm not sure if you are able to create multiple accounts with the same mail or not. If it is, that would make things more complicated. In that case your best bet would be to contact Support.

How can I recover access to my lost GOG account?
Thx the support everyone.

My problem is solved. I created acount with fb login and normal email registration. But multiple mode is a bug.

GOG support solved my problem and happy :)

Fun fact is that I have 2 accounts, but I have different games on them. But I can only use one of these accounts.
I can do another round writeing.

If you tell support about your two accounts and prove ownership of both of them they can probably merge them for you so you don't have to switch accounts to get all of your games.

Yea dude, I've tried to help you to avoid having to contact support twice with my post#44. They get overwhelmed during holiday sales like this one, so it might take a while. I think they can still merge and superglue together both Kagos into a single megakago like powerrangers do. But you have to ask them to do it and prove that both Kagos is really just legit you.

Anyway, at least we know that facebook login and email login causes unexpected behaviours. Who would have guessed... I wouldn't know for sure. Cheers dude, hope you get it fully sorted out!
