It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

When I'm trying to download literally anything from my library (as offline installer), my browser is throwing an error about not being able to connect with the "gog-cdn-lumen.secure2.footprint.net"

I've cleared cache and cookies, and then logged in again (Firefox), but it didn't help. Changing the browser also brought the same result.

Is anyone also encountering this issue? I have no idea if it's something on my side or on GOG's side.

Not positive if it is the same issue, but I've encountered this a few times recently. I normally let it sit for an hour before coming back and trying again. It is like they are updating something in the background or working on something, or so it felt.

It normally comes back up after about an hour or so and then you can access stuff. At least that is how it worked for me. As I said, unsure if it is the same issue on your end or not.

I just tried downloading a 4 GB offline installer chunk with Firefox. The download started normally from the aforementioned server, gog-cdn-lumen.secure2.footprint.net.

• Open Firefox settings and search for doh. In the search results, click the Settings button next to Network Settings. At the bottom, check "Enable DNS over HTTPS" with the default provider, Cloudflare. Click the OK button afterwards.
• If that doesn't help, you can alternatively change your OS DNS settings to a free provider.
• Double-check your settings in your router, firewall or other security software, and your HOSTS file.
• Try another Internet connection, if you have one available (e.g. set up your phone as a hotspot then connect via Wi-Fi).

It's possible that there's an issue with the CDN that only affects certain users. The forum has been throwing "GOG bear" errors for several days now; it wouldn't be surprising if other parts of the service were affected.

They seem to be having issues. For the last couple of days I get gogbears a lot. Probably shipped all extra servers over to CDPrOnline.

Same here.

So, MartiusR's issue is not surprising.
Big thanks for everybody for sharing your situation.

Turns out that it was sufficient for me to wait for about 1 hr, just before a moment I've tried to download two different games and it's working now.

Truth be told, it was the first thing I've done when download was working for me again (for 2 games I didn't had downloaded and backuped yet) :P

I think it is a regional issue.
I downloaded Steel Division 2 yesterday and am downloading Cyberpunk 2077 today.
No issue so far.

I encountered a strange problem for downloading installers of tangledeep.
I have got four different
setup_tangledeep_1.52m_(53973).exe
and four different
tangledeep_1_52m_53975.sh.
Their filesize never change, but none of their md5sum matched with the .xml GOG provides.
I am trying other download methods, but this problem is really weird.

I have downloaded extremely large GOG installers successfully several days ago.
It looks like the same issue that has been plaguing gogrepo users for two weeks now. See from this post:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/gogrepopy_python_script_for_regularly_backing_up_your_purchased_gog_collection_for_full_offline_e/post2866
more or less to the end of the thread (more than 150 posts by now).

If I were you:
1) I'd back up all my games ASAP.
2) I wouldn't expect a solution any time soon.
