can you guys get total war games series please? screw steam.

do teh same with: Age of mythology, skyrim, halo an etc.
Current IP holder of the Total War series is Sega so you would have a better chance of contacting them to see if they are interested in releasing it here.

Steam has never told publishers to go exclusive on their platform. Haters like you are so funny.
coming fall will be their first release coming out on another platform then Steam namely Epic, Troy will be even free to claim for i belief one day, maybe GoG will be approached too at some day though i highly doubt it.

Yes sure I can, I will certainly get them, and in fact already have them.

The boxed retail versions of recent TW games need Steam as well.

I'm sure GOG would love to have them. Skyrim is being held up by Bethesda's cr*ppy "Creation Club" monetization (which is naturally incompatible with DRM-Free), whilst Microsoft are holding up all their games here. Having said that, newer disc releases of Age of Empires 1-2 (Collectors Edition) and Age of Mythology (2004 Gold version) have had their SafeDisc DRM removed, so it is possible to buy DRM-Free disc versions of them.

funny. holdign them hostage is not a good look. you guys hold your reign of terro long enough.

you happy i can't play skyrim cause of steam exclusive?

iw ant to play skyrim., but people like you are the reason why we cant have competition. if you elt go fo your fanboyism of steam an your stupid loyalty to "lord gaben". we wouldn;t be having this discussion.

I have heard rumors that the CA and Sega is looking at bringing some of the TW games here, but I havent heard more on it since about 2017, so its possible...

Someday soon I hope.

You just gotta love the oozing irony of rabid gog fanboys accusing others of a behaviour he himself is the only one doing in the conversation at hand

Because how dare people like storefronts you dont personally like, right?

Also stop imagining things that were never said. You want more games to go to Gog? Fair enough, then perhaps convince them that theres enough of a marketplace for them to make it profitable.

And before you throw a hissy fit at me as well: I have nothing against Gog and I can definitely get behind gamers havving the choice to decide if they want their games on Gog or Steam (unlike you, to who it really seems to be merely a question of this or nothing) but I have no reason to change from Steam, a service that im happily using and satisfied with, to Gog.

Different people have different preferences and guess what: thats mighty fine. But attitude like yours is definitely painting a very bad image of gog users in general.

bad image of gog users? so if gog went otu of business your ok all games going stema only?

your that d ense. i bet you would be happy gog would go out of business. you steam fanboys like yourself attack anyone who don't support steam only like sony community does an disney community. you must love all 3.

youw ant only those companeis including apple, google an amazon. monopoly supporter. are you happy wbgames an studios are being sold?

funny. you had the nerve to comment on this in the first place if you don't want to have a reasonable discussion. but, noo. your fanboyism has destroyed pc community. oh wait, thats epic an gog fault for being around taking your loyalty away.

maybe oneday when you get tired of steam an you have no place to go. don't come crying to rest of us who want these games on here.

also, drm- free is not illegal.

so having steam exclsuives is ok? so users have to be gog or steam? Buyt, noo epic? so steam has too be the only launcher as usual an forcing everybody to pay stema at full price? i bet you enjoy wasting thousand sof dollars. i guess fre egames an piratebay you lvoe needs to eb ban. im sure ok havign steam controlling the internet too. yoru just upset steam is not controlling our choices. you lvoe china after all.

so steam has to be the only launcher an rest of us can't make requrests caus eof that for different platforms? im sorry we are taking away your steam loyalty.

i guesas requests now can be banned. if anyone request. kick tem off the internetr. cause they aint loyalty to steam.

I like using both GOG and Steam personally, loyalty to one storefront like its a religion or a creed is a bit insane.
Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Competition is good.
Monopolies are bad.

I hope more DRM-Free stores pop up (and have like Zoom Platform)
but going GOG only? no. would never do.
