adaliabooks: Can you attach it here?
I wonder if they are on a test version of the site or something (or if they get extra options because they are staff?)

TheDudeLebowski: Had to check if I'm permitted to. No disclaimers, so I guess I can share the link.

Edit: If I'm not permitted to paste any information from GOG support emails, I will remove said link upon instruction.
Hmmm, the link is unformatted in the image so I'm guessing it's a staff thing.
Did you take the amounts out of the image or did support? If you did it, is it one of your receipts?
>Resend this email

It's not there for me either, only empty space.

TheDudeLebowski: Anyone from GOG care to comment?

adaliabooks: I believe in this case support is wrong.
This is indeed the case sadly.

From personal experience, what I suspect happened is: our support accounts can view orders absolutely the same way as you guys do, and it looks the same, same receipt and everything, except there is this button present - "Resend this email".

We've been stuck in our support accounts for so long, with this button glued to our view, that some of us accepted it as part of normal user experience, or saw the button and wanted to provide advise on how to deal with the problem quickly in case email provider occasionally blocks our emails.

Heck, I remember a year ago I had same issue of advising a user to use the button in case email gets stuck on the way, convinced the same way, that it should be there, but after exchanging screenshots and checking on normal accounts we've came to the same conclusion you guys did; it is only present on accounts with privileges.

Apologies for misinforming you, but hey, if you need confirmation email sent, feel free to reach out to us.
We will be more than happy to smash that button for you ;)

Thank you for clearing this up. I was starting to think I was doing something wrong! It was driving me nuts :P
