As the title says, if you buy the Witcher 3 on steam, can (or will you be able to?) to get the CD key and redeem it on GOG like the Witcher 1 and 2, cant seem to find any info on this.

Not currently. Not sure if they plan to do so later.

No, and it's doubtful that they will do that anytime in the near future. If I'm not mistaken gog started around 2008. With both these games released prior to that point they allowed people to redeem a copy on here. But since the option of buying the Witcher 3 here is available from day 1 I doubt they'll ever do that.
