Ciri would definately bring back Papa Vesemir if she teleported her to a world where the dead people live after their deaths in the realm of geralt.

Long Version:

The wild hunt is defeated and Ciri is alive and made witcher (The witcher 3 good ending).
After some time doing some contracts she gets one to apprehend an evil elven sorcerer.
On their battle together the sorcerer hits her with a spell that causes her powers to go haywire, and vanish unwillingly into another dimension.

This world in this new dimension is called Nosgoth (Legacy of Kain series), a place with rich history of monsters specifically vampires but other species too. She tries to flee but her powers don't work.
After a while she learns of a legendary sword called Soul Reaver. With this she can power-up herself and return to her world.
The owner of this sword was a powerfull and infamus vampire named Kain, that at this point in time is dead (One of the many timelines of the series). So Ciri only has to find the sword. Little did she know that a great evil, the Hylden, are also present and seek the sword too.

Back in the witcher world a portal opens and a beat-up Ciri goes througth, holding the Soul Reaver at her hands.
Falling into a lake. As soon as she was underwater, see notiched an underwater cave and tried to swim there.
She needed some time to recuperate as she didn't bring with her only the Soul Reaver sword but, also the Unspoken.
One of the greatest warriors of the Hylden race. And he is after her....

I am no artist. Unfortunately the culmination of my talents lies in language and writing. I will leave it with my answer, instead.

Question: If Ciri was to visit a GOG world during one of her journeys through portals, what would she bring back with her?

Answer: The world (assuming GOG exclusives are not mandatory) I would throw her in would be The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind. A trinket she could bring back would Chrysamere. It's reflective properties for magick would prove incredibly useful against all of her enemies or the like. xD

Amazement, because in this world she was a video game character.
Nostalgia, from reliving her own adventures.
A great sadness, because she was missing Devotion.

Knowledge, wonderful stories, and hope!

But the question is, traveling through GOG, wouldn't it make you fuss at the same time? %)

The world of GOG will be unique because she'll find not a single world, but a multiverse. The GOG is just the base world, rich in portals, every portal brings her into a new world, the world of a specific game!

Every game world has a lot of unique and misterious tresures, but she's not one to focus on mere material tresures, the knowledge of space and time is the most valuable tresure, especially in this multiverse.

By looking carefully she'll find a digital "GOG World Map", showing every path to every world game. Her tresure to bring back, will be the experiences she lived by visiting the video game worlds!

In a world where each building has become a city made of metal, and the people themselves are strung through with with blades almost as sharp as her own, Ciri finds a woman crying in a rain that never seems to stop. A woman devastated at the loss of the two closest people to her. One a lover who wouldn't return her feelings, and the other a friend who helped her get revenge while the ghost of an ancient mad man ate him away from the inside until nothing was left.

Ciri was no stranger to trauma. She wore those scars where everyone could see them, and a few others where even she couldn't anymore. She saw the scars this woman had, and they were still being made, by the pressing steel of a metal village collapsing in all around her. A world where no one was honest anymore, a world of monsters not even a witcher could kill, a world that was ripping this woman's life from her every second she was here.

Ciri helped the woman back to a small, dry, comfortable place she claimed was her home. As she sat silently with this woman, just so the woman would know that not every piece of the world was bad, she felt the magic swelling around her, and knew that she was about to portal from this world. Ciri held out her hand to the woman and said, "I can take you from this horrible place Judy. We'll have to fight monsters where we go, but we have to fight the ones in front of us, so the ones on our heels can't eat us alive."

A nod, and a hand smudged with make up wiped from a teary face clasped onto Ciri's, and in a blink they were gone.

Also in case this needs to be more GoG specific; Judy brings her laptop with some hot retro GoG juice on it... knowing that she won't need some always on connection to play her games... she doesn't consider where she's going doesn't have electricity.

She would struggle to bring herself back, after coultless hours of gaming. Then Geralt would find her sleeping deeply, wake her up, and start talking.
"You wouldn't believe me if I told you"
"Try me"
"People there can play Gwent from a distance"
"Ciri, stop fooling around... How do I get there?"

Easy, she would buy a copy of Remedy's Control Ultimate Edition and she would swipe a custom Witcher PC to play it on. #GOGxWitcher

Imagine if Cirilla portaled to Kotor 2 and exterminated the Sith. She could bring back a lightsaber or a Holocron.

No, she stay there. :)

That would be the most likely outcome. Of course she would also get a DRM-infection. Otherwise the micro-transactions wouldn't work.

And she would return with broken promises and empty marketing statements and outright lies.
