seriously? Is this platform becoming a Micro Transaction-esk or MTX now? also is the game that you unlock yours to keep? or do you then have to buy the game once the sale is unlocked for it?
Huh?
GOG has been including things like this in the major sales for quite a while now, this isn't new. And yes, you do get to instantly keep the game you unlock. Also, while some of the games can be viewed as objectively "bad", you will always unlock a game that has a higher value than the cost of the star. So they won't ask for $3 and then give you a $1.49 game. The main draw of it I suppose would be the chance to win a game that would normally be like $20, but you only spend $3. Of course, yes- it's basically a gamble.

It's a forum bug. When you post a new topic (doesn't happen when adding a post in an existing thread) and hit "Submit" the cursor just spins and spins, the box stays there, and the letters at the bottom get all jumbled up looking like something is wrong. So lots of folks have been created duplicate posts thinking their original didn't get posted. You're not alone.

But for the future, there is no need to keep posting... even though it appears as things have been messed up, your new topic does indeed get posted.
I can only see one big problem here, and that would be if the game cost less than the Star,.

I bought a Star and got a $15 game out of it. It's not really a game I wanted, but man, I can't argue with that return. :D

You mean the gambling??? It doesn't happen in every sale but yeah, they've done it before. Don't remember it ever being $3.00 before though but that may just be my memory being faulty again. With my family history I'm lucky to have any memory at all at this age LOL.
