I don't know why but the main page of gog.com is very laggy and not displayable to me
I see the website like with "no css" and strange text : "smallSpotLimit : 5 isRotatorActive = true" can someone know why ? Thanks :)

EDIT : It's done now I don't know why :)

There was a free game being given away. 30,000 copies gone in a matter of minutes, especially after being featured on Reddit.
So a ton of new people and bots hitting F5 and trying to get the game resulted in no main page for a lot of people as the servers couldn't keep up with the demand.

Yep. That's not a bug. It's a feature on GOG. :-)

I must say this is one of the few sites on the web that actually seems to cause its own DDoS attacks. The masochists.

It's all marketing. "Our community loves us to death!" :-)
