i was watching allkeyshop_tv twitch channel which is a game news channel and they said that borderlands 3 may become an epic store exclusive, what are our guys thoughts on this

I'm not interested in Borderlands as a serie at all so in that sense i don't care but i'm already sick of Epic Store (for many reasons) so if they do it, then atleast i hope they manage to piss off people even more and continue to do that until people are finallly fed up with this crap.


Sooner or later Epic will overreach in their hunt for exclusives.

epic store only exists cos of people spending real money for vbucks in shitty fortnite. if fortnite was not popular i bet you they wouldnt have made a store

Good thing I lost interest after the second entry.
What can you do, they have hoarded quite a fortune thanks to the Unreal engine and more recently Fortnite.
But yeah, what ChrisGamer300 said, this just adds up to the crap Epic is piling up, I'm sure at some point people are fed up with that shit...or not which is just as likely.

the reason i hate exlusives is its basically saying hey you will download our launcher or you cant play this game. fuck exclusives and fuck epic store, the game developers themselfs are jsut as much to blame for accepting this shitty deal

It's pretty much 100% that BL3 will be exclusive to Epic Store. Same logic as Halflife 2 being exclusive to Steam or an EA game being exclusive to Origin.

Plus most people know that the average PC gamer isn't exactly rigorous when it comes to boycotts- eg the rather laughable CoD MW boycott that saw the majority of its members buying and playing the game, day 1.

Don't really give a shit. They can have whatever exclusives they want. I am not going to install that program on any computer in my household.

They went too far with the recent news of what they are doing.

I have enough games between GOG, Steam, Origin, Battle.net and uPlay (and others) to last several lifetimes. A few or even many exclusives is not going to sway me.

Game I won't buy on a platform I won't download. I liked the first, but the 2nd was pretty underwhelming.

Though certainly I realize it does have a fanbase.
