DeMignon: You don't have to open this BIN file to install the game. Simply put these two files in the same folder:

setup_painkiller_black_2.1.0.9.exe
setup_painkiller_black_2.1.0.9-1.bin

and run setup_painkiller_black_2.1.0.9.exe to start the installation.

You're welcome. Sorry for the misunderstanding, at first I thought you wanted to open general BIN files and not the one from the installer.
