Happened upon a Eurogamer video today of a game called Battle Princess Madelyn. It's a Ghouls 'n Ghosts style game with a 32-bit aesthetic that looks pretty damn good at this point already. Kinda nice to see another modern platformer that's not relegated to the 8-bit aesthetic. It's slated for release in Q4 2017, and it'd be rad to see it on GOG. Worth taking a look if you're into arcade games.

Looks like GoG released the game slightly early for a few minutes accidentally. Should be coming sometime today.

I've been watching this game develop and think it was an amazing project. Can't wait to let my daughters and son play it.

I wonder if a joystick with two buttons is sufficient to control this.
