With our RPG Month still going strong, we have another surprise for you in the form of an RPG Contest! This time we want you to think about a video game skill you would like to have in real life and explain why.

The best answers will win 1 of 15 game bundles, including 9 titles such as Windbound, Tyranny, Disco Elysium and more!

You have time to enter the contest until September 30th, 3 PM UTC.
I would like Fallout's Speech skill because I suck at communicating irl and I could convince anyone to do literally anything, no matter how implausible.

* Quick-change! The skill of changing my clothes instantaneously via template, with new, clean and pressed outfits available all the time (well, three outfits in four colours each, with identical underwear.)
* Herbalism: the skill of mixing healing potions out of local herbs and an empty jar. Broken arm? Let me just take some daisies and grass, and… fixed it.
* Fast travel to any place I have been in the past. Endlessly useful, except for the hassle and expense of getting there the first time. I'll just take up walking on my days off.
* Fireballs. Enough said.
I would like the SOUL ability from Undertale so I can tap directly into someone's emotions, truly understand how they feel, and better connect with them personally.
The ability to just chose a skill I never studied before and level it up to be proficient.
I'd take 'Float'.

People will probably start cracking about 'are you worried about stepping on poison tiles?' but laugh it up... it's a very practical skill.

-No more stepping in dog poo
-Feet don't get tired standing on hard floors all day
-Save $ on shoes because feet don't get dirty if you walk around bare foot
-Discounts on things where body weight is taken into account
-No stepping on dance partner's feet
-Great at sneaking up on people during Halloween and Haunted Houses wouldn't be able to use jump scare plates
-Skiing would be very interesting and don't have to use snow shoes
-Automatically look taller
-Fire pit walking is way easier
-Using a solar powered fan to replace an electric scooter... and the ride is smoother too
-Animals would find it hilarious (donkeys, ferrets, dogs, etc.)
-Get to joke about being light on my feet
-Probably get hired to motion capture floating skills in RPGs

There's probably a tonne of applications I'm not even thinking about!
Better than fireballs as I won't start forest fires. :-D

It would be cold resistance as cold climates are my jam.
The double jump. I can double jump in my dreams. It makes complete physical sense to my sleeping brain. I just can’t make physics agree while I’m awake.

You might not be able to do much compared to other abilities from games, but it would feel like the world was somehow complete if we could double jump.
A video game skill I would love to have is Grand Healing.

After two years of lockdowns, sadness, and grief; wouldn't it be awesome to go into a hospital and heal everyone in the ward?

It's as simple as that.
Skill: Luck
Why: I never win any of these contests.
I'd like to pick things up without bending over or reaching out. And ofcourse unlimited inventory. ( a love letter to gothic series)

NO ı wont steal anything i just clear the world around if you believe :)
Pollo Power from Guacamelee

you get to turn into a chicken, you run faster and get into secret areas. That's pretty awesome. Also you get to hang out with chicken illuminati. You can't do that if you're not chicken.

so it's either that or summon bear (or any other animal), that would be cool too.
I want the Master Swimming skill in the original Deus Ex. It's very nice to have in the game but superfluous considering that there aren't many underwater sections, so skill points are better spent elsewhere. Yet in real life "[moving] like a dolphin underwater" would be insanely useful and fun, especially since I lack any sort of buoyancy. I'd say goodbye to doggypaddling.
Save points, so that if I make a dumb choice or mistake, I can restart from that save point.
I'd like to have the "Shadow Clone Jutsu" of Naruto from Ulitimate Ninja Storm 4, with this, I can duplicate my self and each clone could learn something, read books, play game... and when he disappear all the knowledge he accumulate will be tranfered to me, its gain of time
Limitless inventory - it'd be like having mega-pockets, every time, every where. Brilliant! And bloody handy for avoiding luggage fees.
