Good article, Usually I'm not one to give up on a challenge so I tend to do arm wrestling with friends, it's a very rare thing so I doubt I've done any damage but never too late to completely avoid it. Hopefully the guy will retain his full movement after it heals.

Watched the OPs link and stopped right there. Not in to anything like arm-wrestling, it's too macho and primitive. Each to their own though.
