Last night I made a speedrun of my favorite game, Silent Storm. Mostly playing solo as a scout, finished the Axis campaign in 41min. Heres the video:

Anyone else into speedruns? Post your favorite or latest run here :)
My brother does. I'll post some videos later.
Man I just got out of rehab, are you nuts?

No, I only do...uh...what's the opposite of a speedrun?
Only when a game is bad but I want to finish it nonetheless.

If I like the game, I usually to the opposite (a slow-walk?). ;)
Speedrun? What I do is more like Slowamble. Including exiting things like going back to pick up the medikit I saw a minute ago and seeing if there are interesting things hidden in all the nooks and crannies. My videos would only be interesting to people looking for a cure to their insomnia.
Resident evil 1 with a head map.. oh right, I didn't meant to go there (door animation).. some key is elsewhere.. And next minute: "what was I doing here, help me barry"

Every once in a while programmers will throw in characters getting bored from the player's slow style (I think MegaMan was the 1st time I ever saw this). Anyway I've become quite accustomed to seeing it. I love it in Tomb Raider Anniversary when I can make Lara yawn. :P
I've done one speedrun.

It's not something I do regularly and I doubt I'll ever do it again.

I like the stretches and that you see in there sometimes. Mass Effect had a load of those animations. I think Saints Row series does too. It's when you get bored NPCs there's a problem. I think it was Timeshift in which I was being constantly yelled at for the duration of the last level. Angry voiceover guy didn't seem to appreciate the necessity of backtracking to pick up some ammo I didn't really need.
