I recently (today) uploaded a video about a 16bit era game, Psyborg. It's a speed game as I call it where you have to reach the end of the level within a limit. It's 3D and you have to follow tiles to make sure you make it.

I know there were a couple of 16bit and 8bit games which had some similarities, one of them you were controlling a sphere but I can't remember the title.
My question is if you know of any similar modern games.

Screenshot attached.

That honestly sounds rather like Faceball 2000.

The bonus stages in Sonic 2
How about the old classic Sky Roads?

There are also 3d runner games like Temple Run.

Sounds like Marble Madness:

There was also a game named Spindizzy (respectively: Spindizzy World), where you steered a gyroscope:

Maybe these are similar enough?

Something like these?

FOTONICA
SEUM - Speedrunners from Hell
Neon Boost
Unpossible
Orborun
Nitronic Rush
The Free Ones (not sure if this one's level based and on a timer, seems story-oriented)

Damn, GoG refuses to post the link, so you`ll have to manually search for "Gyroscope" on Wikipedia!

EDIT: Hm, I thought I knew why it didn't work, but I was wrong. Seems as if GOG really doesn't like this particular link or something. :/

Yeah, had this one time before. Has something to do with the brackets or so.
