For me it's Purgatori / Sakkara from the "Chaos"-Comics.
She has risen from slave to queen to vampire to demonic demigod and is completely twisted. :D

If the contest is still going on, I'd like to enter. My favorite angel/devil character is definitely Bartleby from "Dogma". I like him so much because he evolves. He doesn't just stay good or just stay bad like most angel/devil characters. He starts off good, wanting to stop the killing that always happened in the old testament. For that, he is banished, and he becomes bitter. He starts killing, which his refusal to do so got him kicked out. But now, killing is not good, and he is still on the wrong side.
