Well here's an unusual giveaway: Just before Warsow was removed I went and got 4 keys for the game, knowing that some people might miss it. "But DOWL, Warsow was free!" I hear you say, indeed it was, but now no one can get it from GOG without a key. So, the rules:

-I have 3 keys for Warsow.
-Giveaway open to all, but I won't give keys to users that are rude.
-First come first served.
-So be quick.
-I'm not sure if I'll ever get rid of them so please take them.

And so the free free game giveaway begins!

I actually did miss the game, and thanks for the GA. But correct me if I'm wrong, Warsow doesn't have a single-player campaign; it's just deathmatch, Quake III style, right? The only SP is vs bots?

If so, I'm not really interested, but thanks nonetheless.

Well, I really wanted to help you, but I've checked the deepest depths of my backlog and realized that I already own it.

Nevertheless thanks for the giveaway and thanks for the whole idea of keeping the codes for future generations. I'm quite sure it's a matter of time that the codes' value will skyrocket ;)

That's because up until it's removal you automatically received it when you joined GOG. :P

Initially you received nothing, then for some time they started giving all free games to all new accounts. Then (because people started complaining?) they only gave some free games.
Not sure because I stopped following, but my I'm one of the early ones who received nothing. Had to claim any free games manually. The horror.

No, (un)fortunately I don't. When I joined we didn't get it.

I remember going once through the free games catalogue and picking the ones which I might play some day. Warsow, due to the lack of single player campaign, was on the "unlikely to ever play" list so I skipped it.

Yes. I tried it once and never played it again because like you said this game is a pure MP game.

Still nice giveaway idea.
