park_84: In theory, it shouldn't affect future third-party freebies either, in the sense that it's separate from removing those third-party services. Whether they continue offering them will depend on how much value they see in them as a subscription incentive, same as now. That doesn’t necessarily have to align with how they value third-party library integration.
Seeing as they say that there are non-Amazon freebies announced until the end of the month and the date in the announcement is April 10, the fact that it's still possible is a given. But yeah, the question is whether they'd still care to, especially after June 10.

Starting April 10, 2026, Amazon Luna will no longer offer game stores, individual game purchases or third-party subscriptions. You’ll still be able to play any games you've already purchased and access your third-party subscription benefits (as long as that subscription remains active) until June 10, 2026. After that date, these games will no longer be available on Luna.

park_84: I don't know, what they're saying seems pretty clear to me. They're removing the ability to buy and use third-party games and services through Luna, that's it.

Anything they don't explicitly mention should stay the same.
This is what I have understood too. The rest of what is being said might happen, just like anything else could happen, but I wouldn't reach that conclusion from the official statement.
Any update?
For May's games, I assume there'll be more SNEG titles?

I don't really know if this happened to other keys in the past, so posting it just in case...

Concerning the key for Mafia II, it won't give you a new one if you already got it the previous time.

It did, amazon doesn't give more than 1 code per account for the same game.

Pretty much, it already flags such games as "Claimed" when visiting the page. (assuming it was claimed previously)

So I guess this is the last month for the GOG partnership right? It's been a while since I read the original posts, so I forgot some of the details. Just recalled it had something to do with changes in June. Or did anything change?

I for one still don't think it will change, seeing as the actual change happened already, June being the deadline for still having access to the games, so don't think the freebies are affected.

I think the changes will only affect their cloud gaming stuff and not the giveaways, but we'll have to wait and see.

I'll be jumping for joy if that's the case. I may have misinterpreted that post. The GOG partnership is one of the bright sides of having the Prime account lol. (I'm already thinking of not renewing my Kindle Unlimited yearly. I got it at a deep 2-year discount. But they stopped doing that sadly. =/)

I guess we'll know 100% sure in June. But the May games can be claimed until July I think, so you may be right.

Here's hoping that's the case. Staying positive, at least until the 1st Thurs. of June lol.

Oh, that's a bummer. We got I-III exactly a year ago.

Paradise Killer looks interesting though.
