Had to make a new one to post this. It's been 3 business days since I reported it hacked and stolen, how long does it usually take to get a response other than the automated ticket?

2-3 business days (not including weekends and polish holidays). Also note that GOG offices are in Warsaw, Poland so polish working hours apply.

Ah, so that means when I sent the message Friday at ~8 AM PDT it was already 5PM there. So if I have no response after tomorrow my time I'll send him a message. Thanks for the help.
